Smoking: We are a smoke free bed and breakfast/retreat center which includes vaping. There is a designated area outside with seating and a sand urn for smoking and vaping.Thank you for your cooperation and consideration of BellaVida and of other guests

Check-In/Out
Check-In is between 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Please contact us if you will arrive later.
Check-Out is 11:00 AM.

Lost/Left Behind Items: Before leaving, please check your room thoroughly for personal items. We will gladly mail articles left at the property for a shipping and handling fee of $25. Note, for larger items additional charges may apply.

Payment: Major Credit Cards, Cash, & Checks. A credit card is required to hold a reservation.
Cancellation:
(For Direct Booking) Credit card information is required at the time of booking. For direct bookings, fees are charged about 14 days prior to arrival. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations made 14 days prior to the date of the reservation with the remaining amount pre-paid refunded by check or credit card account. Cancellations within the 14 day period are non-refundable however a gift certificate will be issued, valid for six months (excluding holidays) for the entire amount of the initial reserved stay. No shows, shortening stays and early departures will be charged the full amount of a reservation.
